Representatives of MaritimeBridge and Cormac Maritime LLC were in attendance of the CMA (Connecticut Maritime Association) Annual Conference in Stamford, Connecticut.  Visitors to the booth were able to view a presentation and take home literature about the full range of products and services offered by both MaritimeBridge and Cormac Maritime LLC.

The Cormac Companies LLC, Parent of Cormac Maritime LLC, acquires full ownership interest in MaritimeBridge web-based Maritime Information Exchange Portal from CDC Development Corporation.

In exchange for cash and shares of Cormac Maritime LLC, The Cormac Companies LLC has purchased the rights to the MaritimeBridge web-based product line of Maritime Information Exchange programs including its existing 400 client users.  As part of an on-going effort to position Cormac Maritime LLC as a full-service Marine Products and Services Company, the MaritimeBridge family of information products allows Cormac to significantly decrease the time required for information exchange between import shipping activities and its oil trading/refinery clients while also providing it with a solid foundation from which to introduce its supplemental line of other  Marine services including Cargo Voyage, Charter Management and Marine Technical Services.
